Earl Grey Tea and Limoncello
In a 12-ounce mug, combine 8 ounces of Earl Grey tea, 1.5 ounces of limoncello, and 1 ounce brandy. Put 2 tablespoons of honey and garnish with a lemon slice.

Spice Tea Concentrate
3 cups boiling water, 7 tea spoons, 3 sticks of cinnamon, 2 teaspoons of whole cloves1 cup of sugar, 12-ounce can of frozen orange juice concentrate, 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Add the tea spoons, cinnamon sticks, and whole cloves into the boiling water. Let the mixture boil for one minute then steep for another ten minutes. Stir occasionally. Strain the tea and the spices into a pot. Make sure that you are using a non-aluminum one.  Dissolve the sugar and place the orange juice concentrate/lemon juice. Store this spice tea concentrate in a sealed glass container and refrigerate overnight so that the flavors will completely mix. If you want to make delicious hot tea anytime, just add three parts of hot water to one part of the tea concentrate mixture.

Roasted Barley Tea or Corn Tea
Koreans love this grain-based tea. It is normally poured over meals. To make this, rinse thoroughly and drain the barley or the corn first. Bring water to a boil. Four quarts of water is needed for half a cup of roasted barley or one cup of roasted corn. Let the mixture simmer for thirty minutes. Strain the tea, sieve it, and serve hot.

Ruby Tea
3 tea spoons of cinnamon-flavored teaapple-raspberry juice 6 circular slices of orange 3 cinnamon sticks¼ teaspoon of whole cloves⅛ teaspoon of ground nutmeghalf a tablespoon of honey

Put all the ingredients, except the tea spoons, in a pot. Cover the pot and let the mixture simmer in low heat. After twenty minutes, remove from the heat and add the cinnamon-flavored tea spoons. Steep for another five minutes. Strain and serve up to eight people!
