This is a sensational oolong from northern Thailand that has been heavily fermented and roasted slowly. Its structure is extremely complex and is enriched with a great fruity undertone of caramelised apples, plums and raisins, which are complemented perfectly by a delicious floral touch and a little vanilla. It offers a flavour experience of highest calibre!

Steeping tips

For one portion use 1 teaspoon. Cover with water 90-95
degrees, wait for 3-5 min. This tea can be brewed for at least 7
times.
