Mokka Yemen Matari
Mocha Yemen is a chocolate treat for the coffee gourmet.
This sort of coffee grows in the highlands of Bani Matar, where it is very cold and dry in winter, and it is quite humid and hot in summer. Such differences harden coffee fruits. Resisting stress, coffee “Mokka Yemen” forms its own special taste, for which it is appreciated by gourmets.
To feel the chocolate taste of this coffee, it should be consumed in its pure form, washed down with cold water. An unpredictable sour of sweet orange can manifest itself both in the taste of coffee, and in its long aftertaste.
“Mocha Yemen” is perfect for making coffee on the sand – and then you can experience all the subtleties of this drink, comparable to real hot chocolate. The optimum proportion for a rich taste is 5-7 grams of ground coffee per 50 ml of water (12 g per 200 ml). As soon as the foam rises, leaving in the center a circle with a diameter of about 1.5 cm – delicious coffee can be removed from the fire and enjoy it until the last drop.
When brewing in the French press, fruit sweetness and tender enveloping astringency will come first.
