Mocha Van Arabia
“Mokka Van Arabia” is a blend of Yemeni and Ethiopian Arabica, ideally suited to the description of “classic medium roast coffee and medium in strength”.
Thanks to the dry method of processing, in which the collected berries of 1-2 weeks are in the open sun, coffee grains take some carbohydrates from the pulp and become sweeter. Therefore, the taste of Mocha Van Arabia coffee can be described as soft, with distinct shades of cocoa and a long chocolate aftertaste, in which the delicate shades of hazelnuts are barely discernible.
Coffee “Mocha Van Arabia” is ideal for cooking in a Turk on an open fire or even on sand. The optimum proportion for a saturated taste is 8 grams of ground coffee per 100 ml of water (or 14 g per 200 ml). As soon as the foam rises, leaving in the center a circle with a diameter of about 1.5 cm – aromatic coffee can be removed from the fire and enjoy it until the last drop.
